BOOTLEGGERS, CYBER LAW OFFENDERS, DRUG-OFFENDERS, FOREST-OFFENDERS, GOONDAS,

IMMORAL TRAFFIC OFFENDERS, SAND-OFFENDERS, SEXUAL-OFFENDERS, SLUM-GRABBERS AND

VIDEO PIRATES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous

Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber law offenders, Drug-offenders, Forest-offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic offenders,

Sand-offenders, Sexual-offenders, Slum-grabbers and Video Pirates (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 2025),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 8th day of July 2025 as the date on which the said Act shall come

into force.
