NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for the Highways Purpose for the “Construction of High Level Bridge across Thenpennaiyar at Km 1/5 of

Road Branching from Thagadi – Thiyagadurgam – Manalurpet Road Connecting Thirukoilur – Manalurpet Road

at Pillayarpalayam” in Sangiyam Village, Thirukoilur Taluk, Kallakurichi District and it having already been decided

that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed

by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 669

Sq.mtrs of Dry Lands in Survey No. 51/1A &etc., for the Highways Purpose towards the “Construction of High Level

Bridge across Thenpennaiyar at Km 1/5 of Road Branching from Thagadi – Thiyagadurgam – Manalurpet Road

Connecting Thirukoilur – Manalurpet Road at Pillayarpalayam” in Sangiyam Village, Thirukoilur Taluk, Kallakurichi

District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Viluppuram

and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-4), Kallakurichi functioning in the Collector Office, Kallakurichi

which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 12.6150 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

The Governmentof Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 4 - 001 - Poonamallee Depot' and having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997

(Tamil Nadu Act,10 of1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below

and measuring 751 Sq.mtrs (or) 8083.764 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes,

to wit, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 4 - 001 - Poonamallee Depot'.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail

Limited, Chennai, which may be inspected during officehours.
