In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998

(Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1999) and sub-rule (4) of rule 112 & 171 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023,

the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission hereby fixes 25.07.2025 as the date for convening meetings to elect the

Chairperson, Vice - Chairperson, Taxation and Finance Committee Member, Member of Taxation Appeal Committee,

Member of Appointment Committee and Member of Contract Committee shown in the Annexure, in accordance

with the following programme:-

Last date for service of notice for the meetings of election Chairperson,

Vice Chairperson, Taxation and Finance Committee Member,

Member of Taxation Appeal Committee, Member of Appointment

Committee and Member of Contract Committee, as the case may be.
