Dt:-14.07.2025 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Public Purpose use into

Planning, Proceeding in Roc. No.9671/1998/DP2, dated: 20.04.1998 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12

published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 18. Part VI—Section 1, Page No: 882 and 883, dated:- 12.05.1999,

Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication

of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Assistant

Director, Namakkal District Town and Country Planning office any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority office.

Variation

1. Where the expression College area Detailed Development Plan No. 1 "Map No.4, DDP (SR) /

DTCP No. 20/1998 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No.07/2025 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved College Area Detailed Development Plan No.1 the

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued

(Roc. No. 2616/2022/TD-3)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby published the approval of the Government

under Section 28 of the said Act for the New Town Development Plan for the Navalpattu New Town Development

Area in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.180, Housing and Urban Development Department dated

19.07.2006 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Part II—Section 2, Page No.300 & 301

dated 06.09.2006 the following variations are made to the Navalpattu New Town Development Area for the Navalpattu

New Town Development Plan approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development

Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/463/2006 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms).No.102, Housing and Urban Development

[UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, dated:18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of

Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms).No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department,
