conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Home Department Notification No.II(2)/HO/83/2015,

published at pages 192 to 193 of Part II—Section 2

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.39, dated

the 18th February 2015.

Amendment.

(i) In the G.O.Ms.No.941, Home (Police XIX)

Order:- No.68, Home (Police-XIX), dated 30th April 2025

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a

number of depositors that Sri Mariyamman Social Service

and Educational Trust, Dindigul District and Nivetha

Educational and Social Service Trust, Madurai, financial

establishments, have defaulted the return of deposits

made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishments are not likely to return

the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the movable properties specified

in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishments from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the movable properties (cash in frozen bank accounts)

of the defaulted financial establishments, namely, Sri

Mariyamman Social Service and Educational Trust,

functioned at Door No. 6-2-37/5, Kurumbapatty Road,

Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and Nivetha Educational

and Social Service Trust, functioned at Door No.151,

Pasumpon Devar Street, Ellis Nagar, TNHB Colony,

Madurai, as specified in the Schedule to this Order, and

transfers the control over the said movable properties to

the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District appointed

under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Dindigul District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and

also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District in filing the

application before the Special Court constituted under the

said Act.

The following Government Order is published:-

dated 06.06.2024.

Rc.No.C1/EOW/727/ 2016, dated 30.05.2024

and 24.02.2025.

Order:- No.116, Home (police-XIX), dated 16th July 2025

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a

number of depositors that Messrs Zenith Hi-Tech Agri

Farms Private Limited, Namakkal District, a financial

establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made

by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable

properties ad–interimly attached in the Government Order

first read above, the immovable properties specified in the

Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured

by the said financial establishment from and out of the

deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable properties of the defaulted financial

establishment, namely, Messrs Zenith Hi-Tech Agri Farms

Private Limited, functioned at Door No. 721/1, Kodhai

Plaza, 1st Floor, Murugan Kovil, Salem Road, Namakkal

District, as specified in the Schedule to this order and

transfers the control over the said immovable properties to

the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Namakkal District, appointed

under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Namakkal District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-

sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbatore, is

requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent

Authority and District Revenue Officer, Namakkal District in

filing the application before the Special Court constituted

under the said Act.

(India) Private Limited, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District,

a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of

deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable and

immovable

properties

ad-interimly

attached

the

Government Orders first to eleventh read above, the

immovable property, as specified in the Schedule to this

Order, is alleged to have been procured by the said

financial establishment from and out of the deposits

collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable property of D.Thirupathi (A4), Area

Manager of the defaulted financial establishment Messrs

Susi Emu Farms (India) Private Limited, Branch Office,

functioned at Co-op Tex Building upstairs, Palayamkottai

Market, Tirunelveli District, as specified in the Schedule

to this Order and transfers the control over the said

immovable property to the Competent Authority, namely,

the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer,

Tirunelveli District, appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Tirunelveli District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-

sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

3. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Tirunelveli District is also requested to transfer

the balance amount to the account of the Competent

Authority / District Revenue Officer, Erode once auctioned

the property specified in the Schedule to this Order and

disbursed the amount to the 16 depositors, after getting

order from the Special Court for Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act,

1997, Madurai, since the value of properties attached in

the Government Orders first to eleventh read above are

not sufficient to repay the depositors in the case registered

in Erode EOW Crime No.02/2012 against the above said

financial establishment, having head office at Perundurai,

Erode District.

4. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District in filing the

application before the Special Court constituted under the

said Act.

Order:- No.113 Planning, Development and Special

Initiatives (S.I) dated 29th July 2025,

In the letter fifth read above, Commissioner of Land

Administration, Chennai has recommended the proposal

of Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro

Rail Limited to withdraw the acquisition process for the

lands with the extent of 33 Sq.mtrs of land in T.S.No.45,

Block No. 1 at Urur Village, Velachery, Chennai District on

the grounds that the acquisition of certain lands was made

through private negotiations and requirement of certain

lands are felt not needed for the project an extent of

33 Sq.mtrs of lands proposed for acquisition under sub-

section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999) for which notification issued in the order

first read above and which was published in the Gazette

second read above and it has been requested to issue

notification under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes

Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) for the above

mentioned lands.

2. After careful examination, the Government

decides to accept the proposal of Commissioner of Land

Administration, Chennai and hereby orders the issue

of notification under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes

Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) for the lands with

the extent of 33 Sq.mtrs of land in T.S.No.45, Block No.1

at Urur Village, Velachery, Chennai District appended to

this order which do not require to be acquired for Chennai

Metro Rail Limited under sub-section (1) of section 3 of

the above said Act.
