Madukkarai ACC Cement Employees Co-operative Society in Coimbatore District under Section 138 of the said Act

appointed Co-operative Sub Registrar (LDB) in the office of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Coimbatore

to be its Official Liquidator."

Variation to the Approved Thanjavur Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area

(Roc No: GC2UCZLA /518/2025TD3)

No. VI(1)/496/2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government Order Ms.No:94,

Housing and Urban Development (UD(4)1) Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No:27, Part II — Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan

for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development

Department Notification at page No:879 of Part VI-Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 11th October 1995.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “Thanjavur Local Planning Area,

Manakarabai Village”

Against the “Agricultural Wet use zone (AGW-3)” S.F.No.114/3 shall be deleted

ii)

Against Educational use (E-14) the S.F.No. 114/3 shall be added

condition:

(i)

Since a water way runds through the proposed land as the field map (FMB) the development should be

carried out by rerouting the water way within the boundaries of the land and maintaining the structure of this water

way on the land. Further more, appropriate procedures should be followed for developments carried out along water

bodies.

(ii)

As stated in the Local Planning Authority Resolution No.19, Dated:11.12.2024, the petitioner is requirsed

to provide an access road with sufficient width to the Government Field and outlying land in survey No.115/5 while

granting planning permission for development.

(iii) As the site inspection report states that a school building is operating on the proposed site, appropriate

planning permission should be obtained for the existing school building.

(iv) Development works should be carried out as per Tamil Nadu Combined development and Building Rules

2019.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning

Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban

Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II — Setion 2,

Page -228 dated: 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.229,

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated:24.07.2025, the following variation are made

to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the

G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part Il—1 Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram

Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village, Page no.119 the following entries should be made.

1. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 1. Residential use Zone the following survey number shall be added

s.no: 1408/2A, 1408/2B, 1408/2C1 & 1408/2D After the S.no:1405.

2. Thaiyur Village, against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted

1408 (except 1408/2A, 1408/2B, 1408/2C1 &1408/2D), 1409 to 1412 instead of 1408 to 1412.

is ordered in G.O.(2D). No.205, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 20.06.2025.

In exercise of powers delegated by the Government in G.O.(Ms). No.102, Housing and Urban Development

[UD4(L. Re-1)] Department, dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of

Salem Local Planning Area approved in the G.O.(Ms). No.105, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department,

dated:22.03.2005 and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No. 14 at Page No. 168 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.13.04.2005.

Variation

In the Approved Salem Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in survey numbers of Salem Local

Planning Area, under heading V.No.47, Vellalappatti Village in Page No.144, the following entries of S.F.Nos.26p and

46p should be made accordingly.

Under the heading “AGRICULTURAL USE” and under the sub-heading “AG-56”, the expressions “S.F.No.26P” shall

be deleted and the expressions “26P (Excluding S.F.Nos. 26/2C1B, 26/2C2, 26/2D1B, 26/2D2, 26/6C1B, 26/6D2) shall

be substituted and

Under the heading “AGRICULTURAL USE” and under the sub-heading “AG-56”, the expressions “S.F.No.46P” shall

be deleted and the expressions “46P (Excluding S.F.Nos.46/1A) shall be substituted.

After the heading “WATER BODIES”, the following heading and expression shall be added.

Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban

Development [U.D4(1)] Department, Dated 12.6.2009. Which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No.27, Part II — 1 Section 2, Page No.228, Dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Modified

Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and

Urban Development Department, Notification No.II(2)/HOU/611/2001, at Page No.308 of Part II — 1 Section 2, of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated the 15th August 2001.

Variations

In the said Modified Master Plan in the ‘Land Use Schedule’ in Adiyanuthu Village under the heading Agriculture

use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry for the expression next to Residential use Zone –

S.F.Nos. 302/2A, 302/2B, 302/2C, 302/2D and 302/2E Adiyanuthu Village shall be added.

Against the entry for the expression next to Agriculture use Zone –

S.F.Nos. 302/2A, 302/2B, 302/2C, 302/2D and 302/2E Adiyanuthu Village shall be deleted.
