REGULATORY PLAN UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PANCHAYATS ACT, 1994

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 125 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994

(Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the land situated within the boundaries of

Nemandapuram Village Panchayat and Village, Anaicut Taluk, Moonjurpet Village Panchayat and Village, Sathupalayam

Village Panchayat and Village, Thuthipattu Village Panchayat and Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District with the total

extent as mentioned in the Schedule I to IV below, be the same or a little more or less from the operation of the said Act,

with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
