ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for the Highways Department for the Highways purpose towards the “Widening of Thiruvotriyur – Ponneri

– Panchetty Road at Km 13/500 – 15/500 (SH-56)” in Vallur B & D (II & IV) Villages, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be

paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief Engineer, (C&M), Highways, Chennai -25. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of theTamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 2983

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the Highways purpose towards the “Widening of Thiruvotriyur

– Ponneri – Panchetty Road at Km 13/500 – 15/500 (SH-56)” in Vallur B & D (II & IV) Villages, Ponneri Taluk of

Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA-2), Highways, Tiruvallur

may be inspected on any day during office hours.
