No.II(2)/CTR/1017/2025.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of
the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits the duty chargeable
under the said Act in respect of the instrument of sale
or lease, wherein lands/sheds/buildings has been sold
or leased out for industrial use in the parks promoted
by the State Industries Promotion Corporation of
Tamil Nadu in all districts for the eligible projects in the
Technical Textiles, Manmade Fibre Yarn from recycled
materials and Manmade Fibre Fabric under the Special
Scheme for Technical Textiles, Manmade Fiber yarn from
recycled products, Manmade Fibre Fabric and Apparel
Manufacturing, 2023, which is an extension of the
Tamil Nadu Industrial Policy, 2021.
2. The Notification hereby made shall be deemed
to have come into force on the 29th day of August 2025.

No.II(2)/CTR/1018/2025.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9
of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits 50% of the
duty chargeable under the said Act in respect of the
instruments of sale or lease of lands/sheds/buildings
meant for industrial use in parts promoted by the
State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu
situated in "B" category districts and remits 100% of
the duty chargeable under the said Act in respect of
the instruments of sale or lease of lands/sheds/buildings
meant for industrial corporation of Tamil Nadu situated in
"C" category districts specified in the Table below, for the
eligible projects in the Apparel Manufacturing under the
Special Scheme for Technical Textiles, Manmade Fiber
(MMF) yarn from recycled Products, MMF Fabric and
Apparel Manufacturing 2023, which is an extention of the
Tamil Nadu Industrial Policy, 2021:-

Judiciary), High Court, Madras has sent a letter seeking
approval for premature condemnation of old Ambassador
car bearing Registration No. TN-59-G-0802 which was
allotted to the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Madurai after
obtaining the recommendations from an Expert Committee
and has requested the orders of the Government for
premature condemnation of the said old Ambassador car.

request in the light of the recommendations made in the

Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient
monument specified in the Schedule below requires
protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical
Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains
Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice
of the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to
be protected monuments;
Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken
into consideration on or after the expiry of two months
from the date of publication of this Notification in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection
or suggestion, which may be received with respect to
thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient
monuments before the expiry of the said period of
two months will be considered by the Government of
Tamil Nadu. Objections or Suggestions if any, should be
addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government,
Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department,

கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.

No.II(2)/TCRE/1042/2025.— WHEREAS,
the
Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient
monument specified in the Schedule below requires
protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical
Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act,
1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the
intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be
protected monuments;
Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken
into consideration on or after the expiry of two months
from the date of publication of this Notification in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection
or suggestion, which may be received with respect to
thereof, from any person interested in the said ancient
mo numents before the expiry of the said period of
two months will be considered by the Government of
Tamil Nadu. Objections or Suggestions if any, should be
addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government,
Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department,
Fort St. George, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009.

அறிவிக்க தாம் கருதுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டு, இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத
கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.

No.II(2)/TCRE/1044/2025.—WHEREAS,
the
Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient
monument specified in the Schedule below requires
protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical
Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act,
1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice
of the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to
be protected monuments;
Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken
into consideration on or after the expiry of two months
from the date of publication of this Notification in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or
suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof,
from any person interested in the said ancient monuments
before the expiry of the said period of two months
will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Objections or Suggestions if any, should be addressed
to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Tourism,
Culture and Religious Endowments Department, Fort St.
George, Secretariat, Chennai 600 009.

பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை� பாாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினை�வுச் சின்னமாாக
அறிவிக்க தாம் கருதுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டு. இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத
கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.
இந்த அறிவிக்கைை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில்
