NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax

Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) and in supersession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department

Notification No.II(2)/CTR/873(b)/2024, published in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

Extraordinary, dated 16th September,2024, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes the Tamil Nadu Authority for

Advance Ruling consisting of the following members, namely:-

(i) Thiru.C.Thiyagarajan, IRS (C&CE), Additional Commissioner of Goods and Services Tax & Central Excise,

Audit –I Commissionerate (with effect from 23.05.2025); and

(ii) Thiru.B.Suseel Kumar, Joint Commissioner (State Tax) (with effect from 07.12.2024).
