"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137 (1) of the Tamil Nadu

Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Tamil Nadu Automobile Workshop Owners' Industrial

Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No.7/2002/CBE, Coimbatore District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate

effect by the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives,

Chennai vide Proc. No. 17245/ICC1/2024-1 dated: 16.09.2025.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (Indl. Coops.), District Industries Centre, Coimbatore

has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation

Dt: 16.09.2025 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Deletion. of Proposed Bye Pass 60 M

wide A-A Scheme Road part - S.No.54/2 & 55/4B in Thottapattu Village / Panchayat – Cuddalore Panchayat Union

– Cuddalore Taluk – Cuddalore District, to the Approved Thottapattu Detailed Development Plan No.3 of Cuddalore

Local Planning Authority approved by Director of Town and Country Planning, Proceeding in Roc. No. 5777/08/DP1,

Dated:28.10.2011, and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.10,

Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 76, Dated: 14.03.2012, Published No. VI (1)/91/2012.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may, within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of

this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary

/ Assistant Director of Cuddalore Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning

Authority office.

Variation

1. Where the expression Map No. 4&5, DDP (V.R)/DTCP No. 54/2011 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP

No.09/2025 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved Cuddalore Detailed Development Plan No.3, Proposed

Bye Pass 60 M wide A-A Scheme Road part shall be deleted or substituted accordingly

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued

u/s 33(2) of the Act in TNGG.

Conferment of Magisterial Powers on Certain Revenue Officials

No.191/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,

2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Ranipet District,

(ii) 2 Deputy Tahsildars in Tenkasi District and (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tirunelveli District as Special Judicial

Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers

upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier

triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D) Ms.No.240, Housing and Urban development

[UD4(1)] department, dated:14.08.2025 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following

variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published

in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated.07.06.2000, at Page

No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 7th June 2000.

1, 2A shall be substituted.

Under the Heading III - under the Sub Heading III(c) - Special and Hazardous INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE, Survey

Numbers 137/1, 137/2A, 138/1A, 138/1B, 138/2A,138/2B, 138/2C & 138/2D shall be added.
