ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

No. VI(1)/568(b-1)/2025.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for the Highways Department for the Highways purpose to “Widening of four lane to six lane from

Thirunindravur to Padi in Chennai – Tiruttani – Renigunda Road (CTRR) from 59/6 Km to 81/6 Km” in Thandurai

Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer,(C&M), Highways

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case

may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 13218

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the Highways purpose to “Widening of four lane to six

lane from Thirunindravur to Padi in Chennai – Tiruttani – Renigunda Road (CTRR) from 59/6 Km to 81/6 Km”

in Thandurai Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA-2), Highways, Tiruvallur

and in the Office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition-2), Highways, Unit – 3, Tiruvallur may be inspected on

any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired

under TNUDP for the Highways purpose to wit for “Formation of Tambaram Eastern Bypass Road Km 0/0 – 8/4” in

Puthur (Part – III) Village, Vandalur Taluk of Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional

Engineer (H), CMDP, Division – I, Guindy, Chennai -32 after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other

persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section

(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1552

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the Highways purpose to wit for “Formation of Tambaram

Eastern Bypass Road Km 0/0 – 8/4” in Puthur (Part – III) Village, Vandalur Taluk of Chengalpattu District.

The Plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Highways

Chengalpattu and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit – V, Chengapattu District may be inspected on any day

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired

for Highways purpose to wit to Development of Industrial Corridor of Cheyyar SIPCOT Phase – I for “Formation of

Link Road Connectivity from Valayakaranai to Manampathy” at No.02.Palur “A” Village, Chengalpattu Taluk &

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid

out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department after having considering the cause shown by

the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice

under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 82758

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the Highways purpose to wit to Development of Industrial Corridor

of Cheyyar SIPCOT Phase – I for “Formation of Link Road Connectivity from Valayakaranai to Manampathy” in

No.02.Palur “A” Village, Chengalpattu Taluk & District.

The Plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Highways

Chengalpattu (Chengalpattu Sub-Collector Office Back side) may be inspected on any day during office hours.
