STATUTORY ORDER

No. II(2)/HO/1147(a)/2025.

Under sub-section (1) of section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

(Central Act 46 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specially empowers the police officer not

below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police to receive information and act upon the said section 194.
