Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 231 Part VI Section-1, dated May 23, 2025 issued under section 15(1) of

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) in connection with the formation of Alternate Road to

Madurai Ring Road / instead of Vehicular Underpass in View of Expansion of Madurai Airport in Ramankulam Village

of Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, the following shall be substituted.

NOTICE

Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent

of 57140 Square Meters of Ryot Dry and Ryot Wet in S.Nos. 1/2B and etc in Ramankulam Village of Madurai South

Taluk, Madurai District to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the Formation of

Alternate Road to Madurai Ring Road instead of Vehicular Underpass in view of expansion of Madurai Airport.
