NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

(TAMIL NADU ACT, 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of Rameswaram Bypass Road from Dr.A.P.J.Abdulkalam memorial

to Agnitheertham and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to

be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department after having considering the cause shown

by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following

notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of

71845 Sq.mtrs., of R.Dry lands in S.No.279/3A1A and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways

purpose, to wit for the formation of Rameswaram Bypass Road from Dr.A.P.J.Abdulkalam memorial to Agnitheertham

in Pamban Village of Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Thoothukudi

and Special Tahsildar (LA), Ramanathapuram Unit-4 Ramanathapuram @ Muthukulathur may be inspected on any

day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Expansion of Mine-I for NLC Project and having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land are to be paid out of the funds managed by the NLC

India Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

and measuring of 4.74.00 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the

Formation of Expansion of Mine-I for NLC Project in Gangaikondan Village, Cuddalore District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Cuddalore which may

be inspected during office hours.

The Schedule

for Industrial Purposes to wit for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of LC No.494 between Sattirakkudi and

Ramanathapuram in Landai Village of Ramanathapuram Taluk in Ramanathapuram District, and it having already been

decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or

managed by Southern Railways. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring 13922 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose to wit for the

Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of LC No.494 between Sattirakkudi and Ramanathapuram in Landhai Village

of Ramanathapuram Taluk in Ramanathapuram District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District which may be

inspected at any time during office hours.
