NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below

have to be acquired for the Highways Purpose for the “Construction of High Level Bridge at Km.0/8-1/4 of

Marangiyur – Enathimangalam Road across Koraiyar River” in Enathimangalam Village, Thiruvennainallur Taluk,

Viluppuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways,

Viluppuram after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands

as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 10931

Sq.mtrs of Dry Lands in Survey No. 1/4A &etc., for the Highways Purpose towards the “Construction of High Level

Bridge at Km.0/8-1/4 of Marangiyur – Enathimangalam Road across Koraiyar River” in Enathimangalam Village,

Thiruvennainallur Taluk, Viluppuram District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Viluppuram

and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-1), Viluppuram functioning in the 1st floor of the Superintending

Engineer (Construction & Maintenance), Highways Office, Vazhuthareddy, Viluppuram which may be inspected on any

day during office hours.

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Expansion of Mine-I for NLC Project and having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the NLC

India Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

NOTICE UNDER SUB- SECTION 1 OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT 2001

(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below, to be

acquired for the Highways Department to wit for Formation of New Road from Madurai Ring Road (Near Viraganoor)

to Old Thondi Road (Near Sakkudi) (Approximate Distance (8.4 Km / 8400 M) and it having already been decided

that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed

by Highways Department after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on

such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice issued under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of

the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of

21362 Square Meters of Wet and Dry lands to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for

Formation of New Road from Madurai Ring Road (Near Viraganoor) to Old Thondi Road (Near Sakkudi) Approximate

Distance (8.4 Km / 8400 M) in Vandiyur Bit-II Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Madurai

and Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Unit-2, Collectorate campus New Building, Madurai – 20 may be

inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of Rameswaram By-pass Road from Dr.A.P.J.Abdulkalam memorial

to Agnitheertham and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land

is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department after having considering the cause

shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following

notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of

101611 Sq.mtrs., of R.Dry lands in S.No. 365/2 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways

purpose, to wit for the formation of Rameswaram Bypass Road from Dr.A.P.J.Abdulkalam memorial to Agnitheertham

in Rameswaram Village of Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Thoothukudi and

Special Tahsildar (LA), Ramanathapuram @ Muthukulathur Unit-4 may be inspected on any day during office hours.
