NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

(LA- V(1)/11902013/2025)

No. VI(1)/633(a-1)/2025.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways Department for the purpose to “Widening of four lanes to six lanes from Thirunindravur to Padi in Km 59/6

to 81/6 of Chennai – Thiruthani – Renigunda Road (SHU-148)” in Vilingiyambakkam Village, Avadi Taluk of Tiruvallur

District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be

paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (C & M), Highways Department. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 3950

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for “Widening of four lanes to six lanes from Thirunindravur to

Padi in Km 59/6 to 81/6 of Chennai – Thiruthani – Renigunda Road (SHU-148)” at Vilingiyambakkam Village, Avadi

Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA-2) Highways, Tiruvallur

and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA-2), Highways,Unit – III, Tiruvallur may be inspected on any day during

office hours.

Kancheepuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Road Development

Company Limited, Chennai Valayakaranai to Manampathi Road having considering the cause shown by the owner or

other persons having interest on such lands if any, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
