NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to

be acquired for the Highways Purpose for the “Construction of High Level Bridge at Km.0/8-1/4 of Marangiyur –

Enathimangalam Road across Koraiyar River” in Sirumadurai Village, Thiruvennainallur Taluk, Viluppuram District

and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out

of the funds controlled or managed by The Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), State Highways, Viluppuram after

having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may

be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of

00603 Sq.mtrs of Dry Lands in Survey No. 1/17A &etc., for the Highways Purpose towards the “Construction of

High Level Bridge at Km.0/8-1/4 of Marangiyur – Enathimangalam Road across Koraiyar River” in Sirumadurai

Village, Thiruvennainallur Taluk, Viluppuram District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Viluppuram

and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-1), Viluppuram functioning in the 1st floor of the Superintending

Engineer (Construction & Maintenance), Highways Office, Vazhuthareddy, Viluppuram which may be inspected on any

day during office hours.

INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Expansion of Mine-IA for NLC Project and having already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the

NLC India Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

and measuring of 1.69.73 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the

Expansion of Mine-IA for NLC Project in Thenkuthu Village, Cuddalore District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Cuddalore which may

be inspected on any day during office hours.

managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 10.4050 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

SIPCOT - Formation of SIPCOT Industrial Park Vembur.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO (LA), Thoothukkudi and Special Tahsildar (LA),

Unit, Thoothukkudi may be inspected on any day during office hours.

decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or

managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 0.4000 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

TIDCO - New Green Field Airport.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar (LA),

Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
