In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Money Lending

Entities (Prevention of Coercive Actions) Act, 2025 (Tamil Nadu Act 40 of 2025), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby appoints the 19th day of November, 2025 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
