Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 0.32.0 Ares of land is required in the Kilambakkam Village of

Vandalur Taluk at Chengalpattu District for a public purpose, namely, in Construction of Sky Walk between Kilambakkam

Bus Terminus and Upcoming Kilambakkam sub-urban Railway Station.

Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.32.0 Ares is under acquisition for

the above said project in Kilambakkam Village of Vandalur Taluk at Chengalpattu District whose detailed description is

as follows

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15

of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlemet Act 2013

(Central Act 2013). No family is to be resettled due to the said land acquisition.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer and the District Collector, Chengalpattu,

the Revenue Divisional Officer,Tambaram and the Tahsildar, Vandalur on any working day.
