Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban
Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2,
Page-228 dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.278,
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated :29.09.2025, the following variation are made
to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the
G.O.Ms.No. 153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
Variation
In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Area under heading in 41. Sonallur Village, Page No.107 the following entries should be made.
1. Sonallur Village, against the entry 1. Residential use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.No: 165/5A2B,
5B2, 165/7; 180/2A, 183/1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B; 184/1A, 1B, 2A, 2B; 185/1A, 1B, 2A, 2B; 186/1A, 1B, 2; 187/1A, 1B1,

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government order Ms.No:94, Housing
and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12.06.2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27,
Part -II, Section -2, in Page No:228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur
Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department

2. Land use conversion from Mixed Residential Use Zone into Industrial Use Zone ordered in G.O. (2D)No. 267
Housing and Urban Development Department [UD4(C.L.V)], Dated. 12.09.2025. Subject to the conditions the following
variations are made to the Reconsented Master Plan of Tirunelveli Local Planning Area under the said Act and published
in the G.O.Ms. No.224 Housing and Urban Development, Department (UD4(1)), Dated. 13.10.2010, Notification
No.VI(1)/387/2010 at Page No. 346 of Part VI—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated:17.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Tirunelveli Reconsented Master Plan in the land use schedule under the Heading in Mixed Residential
Use Zone in Ramaiyanpatti Village at Page No.327, with regard to the S.F. No. 356, 357, 358, 364 and 365 measuring
130400 sq.m. (32.22 Acres), the following entries should be made:-
1. Under the sub heading use zone in the Survey Numbers against the entry in Ramaiyanpatti Village controlled
Industrial Use Zone the expression 356, 357, 358, 364 and 365 measuring 130400 sq.m (32.22 Acres) shall be inserted.
2. Under the sub heading use zone, in the Survey Numbers against the entry Mixed Residential Use Zone the
expression 356, 357, 358, 364 and 365 measuring 130400 sq.m (32.22 Acres) shall be deleted.

shall be added after 50.
ii. Against the entry Agricultural (AG) the expression 51/1A1B, 51/1A1 shall be deleted and the expression
51pt (except 51/1A1B & 1A1C) 52 to 56 shall be substituted.

Union, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the
following entries Should be Made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Keelapangadi Village, S.Nos. 17/2B1 shall be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Keelapangadi Village, S.Nos. 17/2B1 shall be added.
