Under the second proviso to sub-section (3) of section 265 and the second proviso to sub-section (2) of section 266

of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies
