The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 3 - 03 - Madhavaram High Road Metro Station' and

having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of

the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below

and measuring 295.5 Sq.mtrs., (or) 3180.762 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to

wit, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 3 - 03 - 'Madhavaram High Road Metro Station'.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,

Chennai, which may be inspected during office hours.

for Industrial Purpose to wit, for the Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport at Keelakurichi and Keelakalkandarkottai Villages

and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out

of the funds controlled or managed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 0.58.90 Hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes to wit, for

Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport at Keelakurichi and Keelakalkandarkottai Villages in Thiruverumbur Taluk of

Tiruchirappalli District.

The plans of the lands are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli, which may be inspected

on any day during office hours.

be acquired for the Highways Purpose for the “Formation of Bypass of Tiruvannamalai-Harur Road in SH-6A”

in Radhapuram Village, Thandrampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may

be do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 8377 Sq.mtrs of Dry

Lands in Survey No. 249/2A2B & etc., for the Highways Purpose towards the “Formation of Bypass of Tiruvannamalai-

Harur Road in SH-6A” in Radhapuram Village, Thandrampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Viluppuram and

in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-2), (Revenue Divisional Office Campus), Tiruvannamalai which may be

inspected on any day during office hours.
