APPROVAL OF MASTER PLAN 2044 FOR MADURAI LOCAL PLANNING AREA

UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1971 (TAMIL NADU ACT 35 OF 1972)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby publishes the approval of the Government

under section 28 of the said Act for the Master Plan 2044 for the Madurai local planning area submitted by the Madurai

local planning authority.

2. The approved Master Plan 2044 for the Madurai local planning area with all its enclosures shall be kept open for

the inspection of the public during working days in the office of the Madurai Municipal Corporation during office hours.
