FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Expansion of Mine-II for NLC Project and having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the NLC India

Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring 3.41.00 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the

Expansion of Mine-II for NLC Project in Gangaikondan Village, Cuddalore District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Cuddalore which may be

inspected during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways Department for the purpose of “Providing Road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram” in

Vayalur – III Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (C & M),

Tiruvallur after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the

case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 108206

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose of “Providing Road connectivity from Ennore Port

to Mahabalipuram” in Vayalur – III Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA-1) Highways, Tiruvallur and in

the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA-1), Highways, Unit – I, Tiruvallur @ Ponneri in Tiruvallur District may be inspected

on any day during office hours.

of Link Road Connectivity from Valayakarani to Manampathy” in No.53,Irumaram Village, Uthiramerur Taluk,

Kancheepuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Road Development Company

Limited, Chennai for Valayakkaranai to Manampathi Road. After having considering the cause shown by the owner or

other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1)

of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands if any, as the case may be, do hereby

publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act

34 of 2002).
