The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of Puthuvayal Bypass Road and it having already been decided
that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by
Highways Department after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such
lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu
Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 21745 Sq.mtrs.,
of R.Dry and R.Wet lands in S.No. 159/7B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to
wit for the formation of Puthuvayal Bypass Road in Palaiyur Village of Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Thoothukudi and
Special Tahsildar (LA), Sivagangai Unit-3 may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The earlier notification published at page.55-56 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.340,
Part VI—Section 1, Dated:17.10.2024 issued u/s 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002) in connection
with the formation of Hosur Outer Ring Road in Moranapalli Village of Hosur Taluk , Krishnagiri District was quashed by
the Hon’ble High Court of Madras in W.P.No. 4442 of 2021 and W.M.P.No.5062 of 2021 dated.11.11.2024 and also as per
the direction issued in the above said Writ Petition a fresh notification u/s 15(1) is hereby issued as follows.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of Hosur Outer Ring Road and it having already been decided that
the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Chief
Engineer Highways Department Chennai and after having consider the cause shown by the owner or other person having
interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish, the following notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of
the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 12194 Sq.mts
of Dry lands in S.No.771/3B1 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the
formation of Hosur Outer Ring Road in Moranapalli Village of Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Krishnagiri and
Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways, Krishnagiri may be inspected on any day during office hours.

acquired for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the
amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the
Managing Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition
