amendment to the Notification No.II(2)/CTR/532/2025

published in page 396 of Part II—Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 24, dated 18.06.2025

for the polices to be issued by that company for the period

from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2026.

Amendment

For the expression "Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Lakh Only)" appearing in the said notification the

expression Rs.32,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty Two Lakh Only)"

shall be substituted.

Rc.No.C1/EOW/5621/2025, dated 25.07.2025.

Order:- No. 207, Home (Police-XIX) dated 3rd November

2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a

number of depositors that Messrs Sri Subasri Finance,

Vellore Distirict, a financial establishments, has defaulted

the return of deposits made by the depositors after

maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified

in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishment from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable properties of the defaulted financial

establishment, namely, Messrs Sri Subasri Finance,

functioned at No. 3/2, Sri Subasri Complex, Officers Line,

Vellore, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and

transfers the control over the said immovable properties to

the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Vellore District appointed

under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority / District Revenue Officer,

Vellore District is requested to pursue further action in

accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections

(3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the

formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

said Act.

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Prntection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable properties of the defaulted financial

establishments, namely, Messers Aarudhra Gold Trading

Private Limited and its sister concerns, functioned at

Old No.145, New No.131, Nelson Manickam Road,

Metha Nagar, Aminjikarai, Chennai, as specified in the

Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the

said immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority and Superintendent of

Police (Head Quarters) EOW, Chennai appointed under

the said Act as the case involved amount more than Rs.10

crore, as per the order issued in the Government order

6th read above.

The following Government Order is published:-

[G.O. (4D) No. 224, Home (Police-XIX), 5th November 2025,

Read:

1. From the Additional Director General of Police,

Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, Letter

Rc.No.C1/EOW/4835/2025, dated 13.09.2025.

Order:- No. 224, Home (Police-XIX) dated 5th November 2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Sri Thiruchendur

Murugan City Developer, Villupuram District, a financial

establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made

by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified

in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishment from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable properties of the defaulted financial

establishment, namely, Messrs Sri Thiruchendur Murugan

City Developer, Villupuram District, functioned at Door

No.10A, PazhamalaiNathar Nagar, Bus Stand Opposite,

Indane Gas Gudon Near, Virudhachalam as specified in

the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over

the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Villupuram District, appointed under the said Act.

The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Villupuram District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-

sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

The District Revenue Officers, Kallakurichi and

Cuddalore Districts are requested to render necessary

assistance to the Competent Authority/ District Revenue

Officer, Villupuram, in attachment process on the

properties located in their districts, which are attached in

the Schedule to this order.

The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Chennai is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Villupuram District in filing

the application before the Special Court constituted under

the said Act.

வரைையிலாான காாலத்தில் இந்நிறுவனத்தில் 100-க்கும் மே�ற்பட்ட
