are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and

published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notification No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No.319 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2nd September 2009.

Draft Variations

In the said Master Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading No 42, Kottapattu Comprising

S.F.No. 53/1pt (New Ward -AF, Block-29, TS No.9/3).

Against the entry under Residential (MR), the following expression SF No.53/1pt (New Ward-AF, Block-29,

T.S.No.9/3) shall be added after the entry SF.No.50pt.

ii. Against the entry under Public and Semi Public (P&S) the expression 53 shall be deleted and the expression

S.F.No.53pt (except S.F.No.53/1pt (New Ward-AF, Block-29, T.S.No.9/3) shall be substituted.

and Urban Development [UD4(Ni.Pa.Ma-1)] Department dated 18.11.2025. The following variations are made to the

Hosur Development plan 2046 of approved Hosur New Town Development Authority under the said act and published

in the G.O.Ms.No.08, Housing and urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 20.01.2025 and published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Extraordinary Gazette Notification No.32] II(2)/HOU/69(a)/ 2025 at Part II—Section 2, dated

22nd January 2025.

the following entries should be made.
