conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 9
of the Indian Stamp Act,1899 (Central Act II of 1899),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the
payment of consolidated stamp duty of Rs.1,00,00,000/-
(Rupees One Crore only) chargeable under the said Act in
respect of issue of insurance policies by the Life Insurance
Corporation of India, Divisional Office, Madurai for the
period from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2026.

No.II(2)/CTR/1326/2025.— In exercise of the powers
conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 9
of the Indian Stamp Act,1899 (Central Act II of 1899),
the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following
amendment to the Notification No.II(2)/CTR/668/2025
published in page 505 of Part II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 30, dated 30.07.2025
for the policies to be issued by that company for the
extended period upto 31.05.2026.
Amendment
For the expression "Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Lakh Only)" appearing in the said notification the
expression Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Fifty
Lakh Only)" shall be substituted.

return of deposits by the financial establishment - Ad-
interim order attaching the movable properties of the
said financial establishments under section 3 of the

The following Government Order is published:-

Order:- No. 359, Home (Police-XIX) dated
5th November 2025.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a
number of depositors that Messrs Yuva Shree Finance,
A.K.Jewellery, Yoga Shree Finance, Varsha Finance
and Lakshmi Narayanan Finance,Chengalpattu District,
financial establishments, has defaulted the return of
deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that
the said financial establishment is not likely to return the
deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government
have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, the movable properties specified
in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been
procured by the said financial establishment from and out
of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection
of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching
the movable properties of the defaulted financial
establishment, namely, Messrs Yuva Shree Finance,
A.K.Jewellery, Yoga Shree Finance, Varsha Finance, and
Lakshmi Narayanan Finance, functioned at No.69, Bathma
Sree Ambal Complex, Hospital Road, Madhuranthakam,
Chengalpattu District as specified in the Schedule
to this order and transfers the control over the said
movable properties to the Competent Authority, namely,
the Competent Authority and Superintendent of Police
(North Zone), Economic Offences Wing, appointed under
the said Act.
2.
The Competent Authority and Superintendent of
Police (North Zone), Economic Offences Wing is requested
to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure
laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of
the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the
Tamil
Nadu
Protection
of
Interests
of
Depositors
(in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

Court constituted under the said Act.

District, a financial establishment, has defaulted the return

immovable
properties

specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have
been procured by the said financial establishment from
and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection
of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

at Ramakrishnan Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, as

Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District, appointed under the
said Act.

the immovable properties of Accused No.4V.Banu @
Banumathi, W/o. P.Viswanathan, of the defaulted financial
establishment, Messrs Green Life Farms and Poultry,
functioned at Kovaichellian Maligai,2nd floor, Kanji Kovil
Road, Chithode, Erode District, as specified in the
Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the
said immovable properties to the Competent Authority,
namely, the Superintendent of Police (West Zone),
Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, appointed under the
said Act.

The Competent Authority/ Superintendent of
Police (West Zone), Economic Offences Wing, Chennai is
requested to pursue further action in accordance with the
procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section
4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in
the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in
Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from
a number of depositors that Messrs Sri Sai Crypto
Consultancy, Thanjavur District, a financial establishment,
has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors
after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that
the said financial establishment is not likely to return the
deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government
have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, the immovable property specified
in the Schedule to this order is alleged to have been
procured by the said financial establishment from and out
of the deposits collected from the depositors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection
of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching
the immovable property of A1-Arjun Karthi @ Karthi of the
defaulted financial establishment Messrs Sri Sai Crypto
Consultancy, functioned at Door No.1221/1 & 2, first Cross
Vivekanandha Nagar, Karaikkal Road, Kumbakonam,
Thanjavur District, as specified in the Schedule to this
order and transfers the control over the said immovable
property to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent
Authority and District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur District
appointed under the said Act.

The Competent Authority and District Revenue
Officer, Thanjavur District is requested to pursue further
action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-
sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also
the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection
of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Rules, 1997.

The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for
the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in
Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested
to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority
and District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur District in filing the
application before the Special Court constituted under the
said Act.

a number of depositors that Messrs MMS Health Care
Technologies Private Limited, Madurai District, a financial
establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made
by the depositors after maturity;

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the
deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government
have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable
properties ad-interimly attached in the Government order
first read above, since no other movable and immovable
properties that are procured from and out of the deposits
collected from the depositors through the financial
establishment are available for attachment and to repay
the deposits to the depositors, the Government consider

of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order
attaching the immovable properties owned by the accused
No.4-Manikandan, S/o.Chinnakannan and his benamies
R.Anandakumar,
S/o.Radhakrishnan
and
S.V.Ravi
S/o.Vidyasagar, of the defaulted financial establishment,
namely, Messrs Aditya Commodities, functioned at Door
No.152 A-C, R.S.Puram 1st Floor, TV Samy Road,
Coimbatore (West), as specified in the Schedule to this
order, and transfers the control over the said immovable
properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the
Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer,
Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.
2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue
Officer, Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-
sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also
the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court
for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors
(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbatore, is
requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent
Authority and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District
in filing the application before the Special Court constituted
under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a
number of depositors that Messrs Thai Tamilnadu Agro
Purpose Nithi Limited, Sukkuvadanpatti, Theni District,
a financial establishment, has defaulted the return of
deposits made by the depositors after maturity;
AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that
the said financial establishment is not likely to return the
deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government
have to protect the interests of such depositors;
AND WHEREAS, since properties that are procured
from and out of the deposits not available, it is proposed
to attach the immovable properties as specified in the
Schedule to this order, which are purchased before the
commencement of the business;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of
