WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Green Crest,

Coimbatore, a financial establishment, has defaulted

the return of deposits made by the depositors after

maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable properties

ad-interimly attached in the Government order third read

above, the movable properties specified in the Schedule

to this order are alleged to have been procured by the

said financial establishment from and out of the deposits

collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the TNPID Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby,

makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable

properties (cash in three bank accounts) in the name

of the defaulted financial establishment namely Messrs

Green Crest, functioned at Door No.45/4, 50 feet Road,

Krishnasamy

Nagar,

Ramanathapuram,

Coimbatore

District, as specified in the Schedule to this order and

transfers the control over the said movable properties to

the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority /

Superintendent of Police (West Zone), Economic Offences

Wing, Chennai, appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority/Superintendent of Police

(West Zone), Economic Offences Wing is directed to

pursue further action in accordance with the procedure

laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of

purchased in the name of the defaulted financial

establishment Messrs SMC Co-Operative House Building

Society Limited (Sneha Multi State Co–Operative House

Building Society Limited), functioned at Sourastrapuram,

Nagal Nagar, Dindigul District, as specified in the

Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the

said movable and immovable properties to the Competent

Authority and Superintendent of Police (South Zone),

Economic Offences Wing appointed under the said Act

as the case involved amount more than Rs.10 crore as

per the order issued in the Government Order 2nd read

above.

2. The Competent Authority/Superintendent of Police

(South Zone), Economic Offences Wing is directed to

pursue further action in accordance with the procedure

laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of

the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District is

directed to render necessary assistance in attachment

process on the immovable properties attached in the

Schedule to this order, to the Competent Authority

/ Superintendent of Police (South Zone), Economic

Offences Wing.

4. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is

directed to render necessary assistance to the Competent

Authority and Superintendent of Police (South Zone),

Economic Offences Wing in filing the application before

the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a

number of depositors that Messrs Arasi Chits & Parvathi

and Co., Thiruvarur District, a financial establishment, has

defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified

in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishment from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable properties of A3-Ayyadurai and his grand

daughters for the default of the financial establishment,

namely, Messrs Arasi Chits & Parvathi and Co., functioned

at Keela Veethi, Thiruvarur, as specified in the Schedule

to this order and transfers the control over the said

immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely,

the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer,

Thiruvarur District appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Thiruvarur District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and

also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Chennai is

requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent

Authority and District Revenue Officer, Thiruvarur District

in filing the application before the Special Court constituted

under the said Act.

the immovable properties of the defaulted financial

establishments, namely, Messrs Neomax Properties

Private Limited and its sister concerns, functioned at Door

No. 85, Subramaniya Pillai Street, Ricky Tower 2nd Floor,

By-Pass Road, S.S.Colony, Madurai, as specified in the

Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over the

said immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Superintendent of Police, South Zone,

Economic Offences Wing, appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority/ Superintendent of

Police, South Zone, Economic Offences Wing is directed

to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure

laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of

சே�ர்ந்து 240 நாாட்கள் பணிமுடித்த நாாளிலிருந்து பணி நிரந்தரம்

கிடைைக்கவும், உரிய நிரந்தரப் பதவிகளுக்குரிய ஊதிய விகிதம்,

அடிப்படைை ஊதியம். தரஊதியம் மற்ற இதரப்படிகள், ஆண்டு

ஊதிய உயர்வு, தேே‡ர்வுநிலைை, சிறப்பு நிலைை போ�ோன்ற இதர

அனை�த்துப் பயன்களைை

யும் ஆசிரியரல்லாாத மற்ற நிரந்தரப்
