NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have

to be acquired for Highways Purposes to wit to Development of Industrial Corridor of Cheyyar SIPCOT Phase-I for

the “Formation of Link Road Connectivity from Valayakkaranai to Manampathy” in No.11,Melpakkam Village,

Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer,(Construction &

Maintenance) Chennai, after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such

lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 52715 Sq.mtrs of Dry

and Wet Lands in Survey No.417/3 & etc., for the Highways Purposes to wit to Development of Industrial Corridor of

Cheyyar SIPCOT Phase-I for the “Formation of Link Road Connectivity from Valayakkaranai to Manampathy” in

No.11,Melpakkam Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Kancheepuram

and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-6), Kancheepuram Unit,which may be inspected on any day during

office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Mining of Limestone for Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited and

having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below and

measuring an extent of 8.40.50 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for the

Mining of Limestone for Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited in Block No.57, 11. Kairlabath Village, Ariyalur

District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer, Ariyalur which may be inspected on any

day during office hours

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Mining of Limestone for Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited and

having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of

TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY

the funds managed by Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

and measuring an extent of 4.45.00 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for

the Mining of Limestone for Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited in Block No.50, 15. Periyanagalur Village,

Ariyalur District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer, Ariyalur which may be inspected on any

day during office hours.
