AMENDMENT TO THE NEW COMPREHENSIVE MINI BUS SCHEME, 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 102 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act

59 of 1988), a draft modification to the Home Department Notification No. II(1)/HO/7(j-2)/2025, published at pages 5 to 11

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 28th April 2025, was published for the information of all

persons likely to be affected thereby in Home department Notification No.II(1)/HO/57(g-1)/2025, dated 23.12.2025.

Amendment

In the said Notification in para 2 for the expression “Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home, Prohibition &

Excise Department, Chennai 600 009, to be held at 11.00 A.M. on 23rd January 2026 at the 10th Floor, Namakkal

Kavignar Maaligai, Secretariat Chennai – 600 009”, the expression “Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home,

Prohibition & Excise Department, Chennai-600 009, to be held at 11.00 A.M, on 23.01.2026 in the Conference Hall,

Commissionerate of Transport and Road Safety, Guindy, Chennai – 600 032.” shall be substituted.
