No.II(2)/CTR/28/2026.— In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 9

of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following

amendment to the Notification No.II(2)/CTR/72/2025

published in page 76 of Part II—Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 04, dated 29.01.2025:-

Amendments

(a) For the expression "01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025"

appearing in the said notification, the expression,

"15.12.2025 to 14.12.2026," shall be substituted.

(b) For the expression "Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees

Twenty Lakh Only)" appearing in the said notification,

the expression, "Rs.42,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Lakh

Only)", shall be substituted.
