in Sembaloor Village of Pattukkottai Taluk in Thanjavur District for School Building purpose, Namely for the project of

construction to New Building, to replace the dilapidated Panchayat Union Primary School in the place of HR&CE Patta

existing name of Arulmigu Kalyana Sundari Amman Kovil.

This notification is made under Sub Section(1) of section 11 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Resettlement Act 2013

(Central Act 30 of 2013) to all whom it may concern.

A Plan of the land may be inspected by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukkottai or by the authorised officals on any other working day during the working hours.

The Government may authorize the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukkottai and his staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of and land, digging or bore in to

the sub - soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 11(4) of the said Act.

Under sub-section (4) of section 11 the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e., sale/purchase etc., or create any

encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the Revenue Divisional

Officer, Pattukkottai.

Under section 15(2) of the said Act, Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed to the Revenue Divisional Officer Pattukkottai by the interesed person within

7 (Seven) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Kannapalayam Village the following expression shall be

added: -
