IND.No.4/KKM Kanyakumari District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Industries
Commissioner and Direcor of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives,, Chennai vide
Proc.No. 25756/ICC2/2024 -1, dated: 31.12.2025.
Under Section 138 (1) of the same Act, the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kanyakumari has been

Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation
under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of
1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban
Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department

Planning Area, under heading V.No.76, Taramangalam Village in Page No.91-92, the following entries of S.F.Nos.141P
should be made accordingly.
Under the heading “AGRICULTURAL USE” and under the Sub-heading “AG-46”, the expressions “S.F.No.141P”
shall be deleted and the expressions “141P (Excluding S.F.Nos. 141/1B2A2)” shall be substituted.
Under the heading “COMMERCIAL USE” and under the Sub-heading “C-48”, the expression S.F.No.141/1B2A2
