December 2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Arusha Gold and

Diamond Jewellery, Virudhunagar District, a financial

establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made

by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the immovable

properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order

second cited, the movable and immovable properties

specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have

been procured by the said financial establishment from

and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the movable and immovable properties of the defaulted

financial establishment Messrs Arusha Gold and Diamond

Jewellery, functioned at Katcheri Road, Virudhunagar

District, as specified in the Schedule to this order and

transfers the control over the said movable and immovable

properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the

Competent Authority / Superintendent of Police (South

Zone), Economic Offences Wing, appointed under the said

Act.

2. The Competent Authority / Superintendent

of Police (South Zone), Economic Offences Wing, is

requested to pursue further action in accordance with the

procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section

4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the

Tamil

Nadu

Protection

of

Interests

of

Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar

District is requested to render necessary assistance to

the Competent Authority/ Superintendent of Police (South

Zone), Economic Offences Wing, in attachment process on

the properties located in their district, which are attached in

the Schedule to this order.

4. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority/

Superintendent of Police (South Zone), Economic Offences

Wing, in filing the application before the Special Court

constituted under the said Act.

No.C1/EOW/7795/2023, dated 12.09.2025.

Order: No. 246, Home (Police-XIX), dated

17th December 2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Trueway Business

Services Private Limited and its sister concerns,

Sivagangai District, the financial establishments, have

defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishments are not likely to return

the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable properties specified

in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishments from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW,

THEREFORE,

in

exercise

of

the

powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial

Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim

order attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted

financial

establishments,

namely,

Messrs

Trueway

Business Services Private Limited and its sister concerns,

functioned at No. 73 k/2, Ramnagar, Thirupathur Road,

Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District as specified in the

Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the

said immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Superintendent of Police, South Zone,

Economic Offences Wing, appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority/ Superintendent of

Police, South Zone, Economic Offences Wing is requested

to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure

laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of

the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the

Tamil

Nadu

Protection

of

Interests

of

Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

The

District

Revenue

Officers,

Madurai,

Ramanathapuram, Tirunelveli and Coimbatore Districts are

requested to render necessary assistance in attachment

process on the properties located in their districts,

which are attached in the Schedule to this order, to the

Competent Authority / Superintendent of Police, South

Zone, Economic Offences Wing.

4. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in

Financial

Establishments)

Act,

1997,

Madurai,

is requested to render necessary assistance to the

Competent Authority and Superintendent of Police, South

Zone, Economic Offences Wing in filing the application

before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs INIGO Bank,

Virudhunagar District, a financial establishment, has

defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable

properties ad-interimly attached in the Government Order

first read above, the movable and immovable properties

specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have

been procured by the said financial establishment from

and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the movable and immovable properties in the name of the

defaulted financial establishment, namely, Messrs INIGO

Bank, functioned at Door No.31, Ramasamy Kovil Street,

Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, as specified in the

Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the

said movable and immovable properties to the Competent

Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District

Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District appointed under

the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Virudhunagar District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and

also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District in filing

the application before the Special Court constituted under

the said Act.
