NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001
(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be
acquired for the Highways purpose to wit, for the “Formation of Bypass to Ulundurpet Town” in U.Keeranur Village,
Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded
for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department after having considering the
cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands if any as the case may be do hereby publish the
following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 56312 Sq.mtrs of Dry
& Wet Lands in Survey No. 184/- & etc., for the Highways purpose to wit, for the “Formation of Bypass to Ulundurpet
Town” in U.Keeranur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Viluppuram and
in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-4), Kallakurichi functioning in the Collector Office, Kallakurichi District,
Tiruvannamalai which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

acquired for the Highways purpose to wit for Formation of Bypass to Rasipuram Town (Phase-II) starting from Km 30/6
of Maliyakarai – Rasipuram – Tiruchengode – Erode Road (State Highways – 79) and ends at Km 52/4 of Mohanur –
Namakkal – Sendamangalam Rasipuram Road (State Highways -95) at Singalanthapuram Village of Rasipuram Taluk,
Namakkal District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to
be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department and after having considering the cause shown
by the owner or other person having interest on such lands if any as the case may be do hereby publish, the following
notice under sub section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 61592 Sq.mts of
Dry and Wet lands in S.No.24/2A1A1 and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for
Formation of Bypass to Rasipuram Town (Phase-II) starting from Km 30/6 of Maliyakarai – Rasipuram – Tiruchengode –
Erode Road (State Highways – 79) and ends at Km 52/4 of Mohanur – Namakkal – Sendamangalam Rasipuram Road
(State Highways -95) at Singalanthapuram Village of Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Collectorate
office, 4th Floor, Room No.414 Salem and Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways, Unit-2, Namakkal be inspected on any day
during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for the Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and Widening of SH-30 Attur - Malliyakarai Road (Km.81/054 – 89/250)
at Thandavarayapuram Village of Attur Taluk, Salem District and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Divisional Engineer,
TNRSP-II, Salem and after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such
lands if any as the case may be do hereby publish, the following notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil
Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 61 Sq.mts of
R.Manai lands in S.No.189/28B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for
Strengthening and Widening of SH-30 Attur - Malliyakarai Road (Km.81/054 – 89/250) at Thandavarayapuram Village of
Attur Taluk, Salem District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Salem and
Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways, Unit-1, Salem in the campus of District Collectorate, Salem may be inspected on any
day during office hours.
