NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001
(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be
acquired for the Highways Purpose to wit for Formation of Bypass to Rasipuram Town (Phase-II) starting from Km 30/6
of Malliyakarai – Rasipuram – Tiruchengode – Erode Road (State Highways – 79) and ends at Km 52/4 of Mohanur –
Namakkal – Sendamangalam Rasipuram Road (State Highways -95) at Ariyagoundampatti Village of Rasipuram Taluk,
Namakkal District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to
be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department and after having considering the cause shown
by the owner or other person having interest on such lands if any as the case may be do hereby publish, the following
notice under sub section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 93923 Sq.mts of
Dry, Wet and Natham (Government Poramboke) lands in 64/9B and etc., to the same, a little more or less needed for
Highways purpose, to wit for Formation of Bypass to Rasipuram Town (Phase-II) starting from Km 30/6 of Maliyakarai
– Rasipuram – Tiruchengode – Erode Road (State Highways – 79) and ends at Km 52/4 of Mohanur – Namakkal –
Sendamangalam Rasipuram Road (State Highways -95) at Ariyagoundampatti Village of Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal
District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Collectorate
office, 4th Floor, Room No.414 Salem and Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways, Unit-1, Namakkal be inspected on any day
during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to
be acquired for the Highways Purposes to wit to Development of Industrial Corridor of Cheyyar SIPCOT Phase-I for
the “Formation of Link Road Connectivity from Valayakkaranai to Manampathy” in No.10.Silambakkam Village,
Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer,(Construction &
Maintenance) Chennai, after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such
lands if any as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil
Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 44790 Sq.mtrs
of Dry & Wet Lands in Survey No. 62/3 & etc., for the Highways Purposes to wit to Development of Industrial Corridor
of Cheyyar SIPCOT Phase-I for the “Formation of Link Road Connectivity from Valayakkaranai to Manampathy” in
No.10.Silambakkam Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Kancheepuram
and in the O/o Special Tahsildar (L.A), Highways (Unit-6), Kancheepuram Unit,which may be inspected on any day during
office hours.
