NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LAND CONSOLIDATION (FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS) ACT, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Land Consolidation (for

Special Projects) Act, 2023 (Tamil Nadu Act 23 of 2023) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 5 of the Tamil Nadu Land

Consolidation (for Special Projects) Rules, 2024, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the “Parandur New Greenfield

Airport Project” as a ‘Special Project’ for the purposes of the said Act, with effect on and from the date of publication of

this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
