1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use zone conversion from Mixed residential use zone
into Special and Hazardous Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.2D.No. 259 Housing and Urban Development
(UD4-1) Department dated 20.03.2008.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred vide G.O.2D.No. 259 Housing and Urban Development (UD4-1)
Department dated 20.03.2008. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved
Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.280 Housing and
Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27.10.2006 notification No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of
Part II—section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 22nd November 2006.
Draft Variations
In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan, in the Land use schedule, under the heading in VEERAPANDI
Village at page S-60 and S-62, with regard to S.F.No's. 378/2, 378/3, 380, 381/1, 381/2, 382/3 part the following entries
should be made.
Under the sub heading "SPL & Hazardous Industries" the expression "NIL" shall be replaced with expression
"S.F.No. 378/2, 378/3, 380, 381/1, 381/2 382/3 Part".
Under the sub heading "Mixed Residential Use (MR-37)" the expression "S.F.No. 378 to 381, 382/1 to 382/3"
shall be deleted and the expression 378 (except 378/2 and 378/3), 379, 381 (except 381/1 and 381/2), 382/1, 382/2,
382/3 part" shall be substituted.
Conditions:
a)
The effluents from the factory should be treated in the reverse Osmosis plant and the resultant water should
be used within the factory. This should be ensured by obtaining a certificate to this effect from the Tamil Nadu
Pollution Control Board, once in six months.
b)
Barring the Westsite of the site, the other three sides should have six metre wide Buffer zones and the same
should be maintained by raising tall growing trees.
