the place specified below, subject to the adherence of the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for norms

anncounced by the State/District Disaster Management Authorities from time to time with the conditon that
Insurance for spectators for Rs.5.00 lakh per individual upto a maximum insurance of Rs. 1.00 crore for the
