Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru. P. Chandrasekar,

Promotee District Judge, I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court,

Chennai as Chairman, Tamil Nadu Sales Tax Appellate

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that with effect

on and from the date of publication of this notification the

villages here in after mentioned in column 1 which now

forms part of the Registration Sub-District, named against

it in column 3 be transferred to and form part of the

Registration Sub Districts, named against it in column 5 in

the Registration District mentioned in column 6. The limits

of village shall be the limits which shall from time to time

be determined for purposes of revenue administration:

Registration Act 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that with effect

on and from the date of publication of this notification

the villages here in after mentioned in column 1 which

now forms part of the Registration Sub-Districts, named

against it in column 3 be transferred to and form part of the

Registration Sub-Districts, named against it in column 5 in

the Registration District mentioned in column 6. The limits

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Arrow Trading,

Coimbatore District, a financial establishment, has

defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

movable property of the defaulted financial establishment

Messrs Arrow Trading functioned at Door No.114,

9th Street, 1st Floor, Western Portion, Gandhipuram,

Coimbatore, as specified in the Schedule to this order and

transfers the control over the said movable property to the

Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority/

District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District, appointed

under the said Act.

Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further action

in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-

Limited, Coimbatore District - Default in return of deposits

by the financial establishment - Ad-interim order attaching

the movable and immovable properties of the said

financial establishment under section 3 of the said Act -

ORDER: No. 30, Home (Police-XIX), dated

23rd February 2026.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Universal Trading

Solutions Private Limited, Coimbatore District, a financial

establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made

by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the properties

ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first to

third and sixth read above, the movable and immovable

properties specified in the Schedule to this order are

alleged to have been procured by the said financial

establishment from and out of the deposits collected from

the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order attaching

the movable and immovable properties in the name of the

accused persons of the defaulted financial establishment,

namely, Messrs Universal Trading Solutions Private

Limited, functioned at Door No.3, VCS Enclave, B.R.Puram,

Peelamedu, Coimbatore, as specified in the Schedule to

this order and transfers the control over the said movable

and immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority/ Superintendent of

Police, West Zone, Economic Offences Wing, appointed

under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and Superintendent of

Police, West Zone, Economic Offences Wing is requested

to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure

laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of

the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The District Revenue Officers, Coimbatore and

Tiruppur Districts are requested to render necessary

assistance to the Competent Authority/ Superintendent of

Police, West Zone, Economic Offences Wing, in attachment

process on the properties located in their districts, which

are attached in the Schedule to this order.

4. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbatore

is requested to render necessary assistance to the

Competent Authority and Superintendent of Police, West

Zone, Economic Offences Wing, in filing the application

before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.
