section (1) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha

Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu herby declares that with effect on and from

2ndday of April 2026, the place specified in column (4) of

the Schedule below shall be a police station and that the

local areas specified in column (3) of the Schedule below

shall cease to form part of the local areas of the police

station specified in column (2) thereof and shall form the

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs AM TECH WORLD,

Chennai District, a financial establishment, has defaulted

the return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

WHEREAS, the Government of Tamil Nadu are

of opinion that the ancient monument specified in the

Schedule below requires protection under the Tamil Nadu

Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological

Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of

the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be

protected monuments;

conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological

Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the

Archaeological Monuments specified in the Schedule

below to be a protected Monuments, the intention

of the same having been previously published with

Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department

Notification No.35 dated 03.09.2025 and No.II(2)/Tourism,

Culture and Religious Endowments Department/973/2025,

published at pages 611 to 613 of Part-II-Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 3rd September

2025 as required under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

said Act.

WHEREAS,

the

Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient

monument specified in the Schedule below requires

protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical

Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act,

1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of

the intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be

protected monuments;

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken

into consideration on or after the expiry of two months

from the date of publication of this Notification in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or

suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof,

from any person interested in the said ancient monuments

before the expiry of the said period of two months

will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Objections or Suggestions if any, should be addressed

to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government,

Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department,

Fort St. George, Secretariat, Chennai 600 009.

கால அவகாாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.
