APPOINTMENT AS DEPUTY DIRECTOR (DRUGS) / GOVERNMENT ANALYST FOR THE WHOLE STATE OF

TAMIL NADU UNDER DRUGS AND COSMETIC ACT

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Central

Act XXIII of 1940), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoint Dr.S.Amuthaveni, Deputy Director, Department of

Centralized Tissue Bank, King Institute of Preventive Medicine and Research, Chennai, to be the Deputy Director (Drugs) /

Government Analyst (Drugs Special) for the whole State of Tamil Nadu in respect of all Drugs and Cosmetics including

Schedule ‘C’ Drugs.
