the Government of India, Department of Personnel and

Training, New Delhi, dated 12th May, 2026 is republished:—

"In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of

Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules,

1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments

of Tamil Nadu and the Punjab, the Central Government

hereby approves the proposal for cadre change in respect

of Shri Sunder Lal, IAS (TN:2008) from Tamil Nadu cadre

to Punjab cadre in terms of PH (Physically Handicapped)

policy dated 14.02.2014."
