In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act,

1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies to engage Council of Scientific and

Industrial Research - Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (CSIR-IMMT) by the Tamil Nadu Minerals Limited for

optimization of the graphite beneficiation process at the Sivaganga plant.
