No.II(2)/HO/518/2026.— In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub section (1) of Section 32 of the Protection
of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Central
Act 32 of 2012), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
appoints Thiru.K.R.Sankaran, Advocate as Special Public
Prosecutor for conducting exclusively the prosecution of
Coimbatore District Sulur PS Cr.No.432 of 2026 before
the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases filed under
POCSO Act, 2012, Coimbatore.

under the Act.

No.II(2)/HO/520/2026.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in
Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44
of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby makes the
following amendment to the Home Department Notification
No.II(2)/HO/2056(C)/97, published in Part II—Section 2 of
the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated
the 9th October, 1997, as subsequently amended:-
Amendment.
In the said Notification, for the expression "District
Revenue Officers of the respective districts", the expression
"District Revenue Officers of the respective districts and
the Zonal Superintendents of Police of Economic Offences
Wing" shall be substituted.
