Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

(Roc No: 8097/2025/COD1)

No. VI(1)/387/2026.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and

Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No. 27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Residential land use zone Karavellimadapur

Village - S.F.No.281/1A2 - Extent of 0.60.12 Hectare (or) 1.48½ Acre Change of land use from Agricultural land use

zone into Residential land zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.175, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1)] Department

dated. 14.03.2026, subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local

Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.103 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated.

04.07.2025 notification No II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government (Extraordinary)

Gazette No.343, dated 07.07.2025.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers

of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Page No: 396 to 398 the Coimbatore District, Sulur Taluk,

Karavellimadapur Village Page No: 396 to 398 the S.F.No.281/1A2, the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential land use", S.F.No.281/1A2, shall be added to the expression S.F.No. 281pt.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use", S.F.No.281/1A2, shall be deleted in the expression

S.F.No. 281pt. and the expression SF.No. 281pt. (Except S.F.No.281/1A2) shall be substituted.
