SUPERSESSION OF THE TAMIL NADU REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY AND APPOINTMENT OF

PERSONS TO EXERCISE POWERS AND TO DISCHARGE FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY UNDER

THE REAL ESTATE (REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT) ACT, 2016.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 82 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)

Act, 2016 (Central Act 16 of 2016), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby supersedes the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory

Authority for a period of six months with immediate effect, or until reconstitution of the said Authority, whichever is

earlier and appoints Thiru.K.Phanindra Reddy, I.A.S., (Retd.) as the Chairperson of the Authority, Thiru.A.Nazir Ahamed,

District Judge (Retd.) and Tmt.Reeta Harish Thakkar, I.A.S., (Retd.) as Members of the said Authority to exercise powers

and discharge functions under that Act.
