THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS

Amendment to the Advocates' Clerks Rules, 1983

(Roc.No.6498/2013/F2)

No. SRO C-27/2026.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 225 and 227 of the Constitution of India and of all other

powers hereunto enabling and with the previous approval of the Governor of Tamil Nadu, the High Court of

Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to the Advocates' Clerks Rules, 1983. The amendment shall

come into force with effect from the date of Publication in the Official Gazette.

Amendment

In the said Rules, in Rule 6, clause (vii) shall be omitted
